The prices indicated refer to the whole apartment per night.
The prices indicated do not include the following costs the City Tax € 3,50 per person per night.
Cancellation and Advanced payments terms
The cancellation and advanced payment terms may vary according to the tariff chosen:

Standard Tariff:
- Nothing will be charged of the total amount if guest notifies us about the cancellation 7 days before the scheduled arrival.
- 50% of the total amount will be charged if guest do not notify us about the cancellation during the 7 days before the scheduled arrival
- No advanced payment is required.

ADVANCED PAYMENT TARIFF (NOT REFUNDABLE):
- The total amount will be charged if guest cancels at any moment after the booking.
